- Advise 28-35 chapters to maximize chapter performance to reach and strive for the True Merit award- Coach chapter leadership on operational management topics such as accountability, recruitment, and retention- Identify opportunities for growth for both the chapter and members and develop action plans to reach growth marks- Utilize the Birkman Method Personality Test to assist 44 newly elected chapter officers to boost self-awareness of needs, stress and usual behavior, and interests- Develop programs and resources to support undergraduate officers regarding health and safety, officer roles, and key performance indicators- Implement health and safety procedures in the event of a crisis or emergency- Research up to date information regarding recruitment, facilitation, and team-building strategies for virtual environments to continue chapters’ success- Manage regional pipeline of staff recruitment using Chapterbuilder, CRM technology- Audit 28-35 chapters’ financial accounts on a weekly basis to ensure good standing on Omegafi/Greekbill (financial management system)- Build partnerships with university administration and act as a liaison to best assist chapter needs and university requirements

- Member of the St. Lawrence-Lewis BOCES Future Teacher Fellow program- Carried out lesson plans for absent teachers, performed lunch and after school duties, & enriched student learning experiences- Learned and practiced how to maintain an organized, comfortable, and well-behaved classroom- Collaborated with various colleagues to ensure students have the best schooling experience possible
