With over 14 years of experience in the residential housing industry, I am Vice President at John Burns Research and Consulting (JBREC), leading the Dallas-Fort Worth office. My responsibilities include managing teams across Texas, sourcing and managing custom consulting projects and research memberships, and leveraging my expertise in real estate private equity, mortgage finance, and the broader housing industry to advise our clients on all things housing. I joined JBREC in September 2021 after working for over ten years at Hudson Advisors, LP, where I worked with my team to underwrite and acquire distressed residential whole loan portfolios nationwide on behalf of Lone Star Funds, a global private equity firm. I am passionate about providing data-driven insights and solutions to help our clients make informed and strategic decisions in the housing market.
