CurrentGA develops advanced technology solutions for government and commercial applications. The Aero Services Division offers a full service solution to meet the persistent intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) challenges facing domestic and allied nation security missions specializing in unmanned aircraft and providing electro-optical, radar, signals intelligence, and automated airborne surveillance systems. I manage strategic planning and execution of Air Force, Army, and DHS programs, comprised of 19 major programs. Lead a global team of 1000+ personnel supporting USAF, FMS, and Classified Customer clients. Integral in project development to ensure adherence with organization product roadmap and corporate vision.● Work with GA executives to develop and implement current, annual, and long-term technical, schedule, quality, business, and financial objectives in development of corporate objectives.● Achieved 15% year-over-year increase in total revenue for all programs and multiple other projects and blanket order tasks. ● Implemented leaner processes to lower rates charged to customers to obtain a competitive edge in securing increased number of contracts.● Oversaw growth and recruiting efforts that exceeded projections and resulted in outperformance of budgeted revenue, and over 120 new employees added across all programs.
