1. Lead the launch of new BRT projects through the implementation of DFM process, including risk assessment, Purchase plan, drawing review and measurement plan and allocate related resources.2. Actively cooperate with suppliers to ensure smooth sample approval process, fully participate in each project phase, summarize raw material issues for the team, follow up unsolved issues until properly closure before formal production, ensure stable production targets are met.3. Conduct various reliability tests and assembly verification tests (such as dimensional, surface treatment, etc.) to ensure parts meet specifications.4. Responsible for the transfer project between Mexico and Suzhou plants to ensure the timely and seamlessly launch of the project.5. Continuously develop key suppliers and improve their quality performance to achieve supplier quality objectives. Follow up and confirm supplier improvement report (8D) and execution effectiveness, and conduct field verification.6. Timely implement supplier audit according to annual supplier audit plan, closely follow up nonconforming items until appropriate closure.7. Timely provide consulting and support to global SQE team on key/complex mass production issues related to suppliers.

1. Develop & audit new supplier ,assess it rightly to AML with buyer & mechinical enginer 2. Push & guide the supplier to improve quailty performance ,help them to set up the quality system 3. Release the first artical from supplier after evaluation & can meet print request 4. Sign the ECO change & ensure all the data of parts follow the print after improvement then. 5. Attend to the SQR data collection & draft the docs relative , train the IQC the way to measure if nessary . 6. Call the MRB meeting to analysis the defects from incoming /production line /aftersale , leading to solve it . 7. Tracking & ensure the corrective action done & rightly,effectively at supplier site 8. Communicate & resolve with HQ about the issues of new projects going ,keep a good & smooth motion of the new project release ,also the mold-transfermation to the new supplier .

1.Developed new supplier& Be responsible for audit and annual reviews for the company 2.Guide & supervise all project activities ,review the material progress report required of each step ,ensure delivery of components & service to meet the project plan , provide advice or action when necessary ; 3.Evaluate the report of supplier production progress status ,confirm the effectiveness of the corrective action to the non confirmance , carry out the material inspection at supplier site with quality when need; 4.Participate the project contract review meeting and work with project director to formulate specific project plan , review & discuss potential issues affected project delivery . 5.Assign the support the executives (experience &ability) to different project , as per the complexity & urgency of the order ; 6.Establish & conduct different suppliers' delivery request with production (planer ,dispatcher ,warehouse) ，priority & FIFO;

Leading the development of the new model & new design，cooperate with technical dept 、quality dept . Analysis of the supply situation, responsible for procurement Implementation suggestions, and to do procurement-decision support.
