Schneider Electric is a Fortune 500 multinational company that is leading the industry in the digital transformation of energy management, sustainability and automation.• Co-managed the Annual Marketing Sales Plan (AMSP) for Singapore Field Services in 2022. This exercise helps to drive growth by targeting specific industrial segments with relevant service offers based on market research trends and historical data analysis.• Co-managed 2022 Customer Platforming where I assigned salespersons from different business units to different customer accounts based on segments and experience. This exercise ensures that both new and current customer sites are covered by sales representatives to drive future revenue.• Constructed VBA code on excel to automate the updating process of sales information from Salesforce into actionable insights.• Introduced an industrial automation consulting service provided overseas by Schneider to Singapore. Ensured that the offer was relevant in the Singapore market by adapting some components of the global offer to meet the demands of Singaporean companies.• Mapped out companies in the top industrial parks for segment targeting using excel 3D maps. The maps helped to identify current and potential customers based on zip codes.• Performed pricing waterfall for industrial services and calculated prices for contractors, suppliers, partners and finally end users.• Performed analysis on past year services contract data to see which companies that have fallen in revenue.
