Current• Lead a software/firmware team to deliver project deliverables.• Hands-on firmware design and development for project deliverables using C.• Extensive knowledge of RTOS, embedded systems and protocols.• Applies in-depth specialist or generalist knowledge and project or program management skills applying a strong understanding of priorities, business needs and resource impact.• Demonstrates strong planning, scheduling, organization, coordination, financial management and presentation skills.• Possesses broad general knowledge of related functions, technologies, operations, services, and regulatory environments.• Develops solutions to broad and complex problems requiring regular use of ingenuity and creativity.• Takes initiative to proactively identify, prioritize and solve multiple, complex problems and provides expert advice.• Fully responsible for significant deliverables and may lead or manage small or short term project/program, or part of complex largerprojects/programs.• Ensures implementation of policies, procedures, compliance, and communication protocols.• May represent the department, manager, or function where contacts may be internal, external, or both.• Frequently interfaces with senior leaders to provide advice, solutions, or to recommend policy or procedure enhancements.
