My research and policy interests have evolved over the years to focus on imaginative and somewhat "disruptive" methodological approaches to develop clinical and health economic evidence to improve health outcomes of patients while improving the efficiency of health care delivery. An important part of the required effort is the evolution of science policy such that the research community, clinical, administrators and policy leaders are willing to consider different approaches to developing evidence.
