I manage cross functional teams in supply chain and operations across multiple business units, delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. I also lead the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and practices across the organization, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency. I have multiple certifications in business strategy, Six Sigma Black Belt, supply chain, and procurement, as well as marketing and management degrees from Indiana University. I am passionate about creating value for our stakeholders, enhancing our competitive advantage, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
