After earning my Associate of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from Pidemont Technical College, I joined the South Carolina Military Department as an Electronic Security Systems Technician. There, my core competencies flourished, including electronic hardware troubleshooting, help desk support, and ensuring the operability of complex security systems.The team and I spearheaded a significant project to modernize security across national guard facilities, enhancing remote access capabilities and system functionality. My role was pivotal in training soldiers how to operate their system, providing real-time support, and maintaining system integrity, reflecting my dedication to security, teamwork, and technological proficiency.

  Maintained and inspected electronic security systems for national guard facilities across South Carolina. Including changing transformers, pulling wire, checking voltages, and replacing motherboards. Led a project to install new security systems in every national guard facility. Set up security systems to enable remote access from our home office. Installed software onto the systems to make them function properly. Made sure all soldiers on the system learned how to operate it and worked in a help desk role when they had issues walking them through diagnostics.
