With 20 years of experience in project management and leadership positions in both the private and non-profit sectors, my work has spanned information technology to service design with a particular focus on social innovation. I believe in taking a holistic approach to solving problems through storytelling, studying cause and effect, and understanding stakeholder needs and experiences in order to create sustainable solutions.
