• Responsible for generating deep penetration in reprocessing programs at assigned accounts through ongoing management of account relationships at all levels within the facility• Professionally promote medical device reprocessing and new solution offerings as they become available within the healthcare industry in assigned facilities• Responsible for executing the selling process in a manner that is concise, compliant, professional, ethical and persuasive; and which leads the customer to take action• Oversee and execute the implementation and account development processes of clients using SterilMed solutions as well as build excellent customer relations with key physicians and hospital personnel• Understand account needs and the role that physicians, nurses, support staff and hospital administration play in the sales process to establish plans and solutions that meet short and long term needs• Monitor hospital strategies and marketplace developments and communicate to business partners to develop account strategy• Responsible for developing sales plan by account and by category using sales planning tools; sales plans must incorporate risk mitigation• Optimize customer savings by anticipating and/or recognizing account issues and then be able to create, communicate, implement and follow up on a corrective action plan• Meet on a regular basis with hospital administrators, departmental directors and managers in order to review their saving results and explore opportunities for incremental savings by conveying the value proposition• Continually optimize sales revenue at existing customers, particularly via the education/ orientation of physicians and clinical staff to ensure support of SterilMed programs• Function as the primary account owner and communicate and work with internal cross functional teams to resolve product issues, develop, assess and launch new products and improve our service approach and solutions
