• Responsible for entire Body Metric of Vehicle (Body Structures, Closures, Gap and Flush and Exterior Fits)• Manage team of Dimensional Performance Engineers to drive afore mentioned metrics• Interface with product during the design phase to establish tolerance specification of entire vehicle• Root cause and provide launch team with solutions to dimensional / build issues• Launch Lead for BIW and General Assembly dimensional issues from prototype to start of production

• Responsible for Door, Hood, Decklid, and Liftgate Hinging Systems for General Motors and Chrysler• Interface with OEM early in Vehicle Creation Phase to select best design solution to meet customer wishes for particular market segment• Responsible for product lifecycle of product – from quoting to production and engineering upgrades after launch • Resolve all warranty returns to OEM from field which can encompass vehicle level evaluation up to bench testing to root cause

• Responsible for dimensional quality of Bodyside Panels for upcoming vehicles to launch in 2010 Q4.• Lead all buyoff activities at Chrysler on soft and hard tool parts based on dimensional quality• Responsible for quality gates on parts from prototype through volume production• Create dimensional programs for the production facility that will allow them to monitor and root cause any dimensional problems.

Project Engineer for User Acceptance Testing phase of software. • Lead all buyoff activities at GM from the development complete phase up to point where software goes live in the test cell• Responsible for development and implementation of training classes for other AVL personnel regarding the new software onsite at GM• Lead team that initiated all work orders that involved product defects and continuous improvement items
