Federal Project Manager
Current- Spearhead project initiation activities with stakeholders, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.- Conduct comprehensive project planning presentations, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.- Project Execution and Monitoring-- Oversee execution and closely monitor progress against timelines and budgets-- Conduct risk assessments and proactively address issues to minimize impact-- Regularly communicate project status and updates to clients and stakeholders.-- Address client concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.- Conduct post-project evaluations to analyze project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.- Lead project closure activities, including handover to relevant teams and finalizing contracts.
