- Revenue Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of revenue growth strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize revenue generation.- Coordinate Cross Functional Execution: Coordinate cross functional teams including sales, marketing, customer success, and product to align go-to-market strategies, optimize customer acquisition and retention, and drive revenue growth through effective collaboration and cohesive execution.- Sales Operations Management: Oversee and optimize the sales operations function, including sales processes, systems, and tools. Collaborate with sales leadership to establish efficient sales methodologies, forecasting models, and incentive structures that drive revenue growth and maximize sales team productivity.- Sales Enablement: Develop and execute comprehensive sales enablement programs, equipping the sales team with the tools, training, and resources necessary to effectively engage prospects, accelerate deal cycles, and close deals. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging, collateral, and sales training materials.- Revenue Analytics and Reporting: Establish and manage revenue analytics and reporting processes, leveraging data-driven insights to track and measure revenue performance against targets. Provide regular reports to the executive team and Vista Equity Partners, highlighting key revenue drivers, trends, and recommendations for optimizing revenue growth.- Corporate Development: Develop and execute corporate development and M&A strategies, including target identification, due diligence, negotiation, and integration planning and post closing execution, to support the Company's inorganic growth objectives .

- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the CEO & executive team to determine and drive Company strategy and ensure alignment with Vista Equity Partners & the Company's other investors.- Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency by streamlining processes, implementing best practices, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance the company's overall performance and maximize value creation.- Cross Functional Collaboration: Facilitate effective collaboration and communication across departments, fostering a cohesive work environment that promotes cross-pollination of ideas and accelerates decision-making processes.- Due Diligence Support: Provide critical support during due diligence processes, working closely with Vista Equity Partners' team to assess potential investments, evaluate risks and opportunities, and develop comprehensive strategies for post-acquisition integration.- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the company's financial and operational performance, preparing regular reports for the executive team and investors to ensure transparency and enable data driven decision making.
