Financial Services Specialist, Nationwide Retirement Solutions: ○ Continue to drive organization changes to better align functions and associates to be more efficient and effective, while delivering improved customer experience ○ Identify, assess and implement a streamlined Public CRS process with centralization of the end to end process for processing functions ○ Reconciliation Stabilization ○ Support and monitor open item process to ensure successful resolution and proper control execution ○ Provide direction for the resolution and stabilization of the reconciliation capabilities and normalization of the functions. ○ Maintain open items under 90 days by mid year, under 60 days by year end. ○ All outstanding open items >60 days must be noted to include actions taken and/or any dependencies for resolution, and updated at least monthly ○ Reporting will be sent out one time per month that will include the items that are 240 days or older that will be aged 270+ by next reporting period ○ Execution and support to maintain CRS Team service level commitments, while delivering quality, timely work contributing to retention and extraordinary customer care. ○ Manage assessment of fines and penalties, ensure service level agreements met ○ QC completed within 5 days ○ Fraud – 100% qc for corrections over $25k ○ Identify and record post flow errorsDrive reduction of individual/team errors - year over year ○ Develop and drive strategies to decrease unit cost per participantAchieve compliance targets to protect customers and follow applicable fed and state laws for SecureAct, Plan Restatements, RMD, Audits
