• Manage multiple different companies and contractors for one project goal.
• Communicate scheduling objectives to schedulers to ensure efficient operations of field activity.
• Work with multiple supervisors’ to ensure everyone understands priorities and scheduling.
• Prepare project reports for completion dates and finical analysis of project.
• Confirm all permits are submitted correctly and crews are following standard policies.

• Schedule and update rig activity in Primavera (PS-6).
• Create and plan work orders in Maximo (WMS) for contract labor.
• Procure material and create shopping carts in SAP.
• Produce material list from structural plans/ drawings for build of material (BOM's).
• Create purchase orders for suppliers and contractors.
• Prepare project reports for cost tracking throughout project.

• Providing work packages for my crew so they can complete their work efficiently.
• Schedule work with coordinators and facilities through our field schedule process (IFS).
• Perform Level 2 Risk Assessment with facility and Operations Lead when performing critical Level 2 work.
• Review all engineered lift forms with crew lead to ensure compliance with lift plan.
• Perform field audits to ensure work completion and safe work behaviors.
