5 years of Solid food production QA experience. Last year, I have developed a Mobile in-house QA record system, by using a web application and cloud Data synchronisation to enhance the efficiency on Record, analysis, and improving quality on production.My daily routines are mainly focused on production related matters, include:- Set-up inspection procedures by implementsHACCP, ISO, BRC standards - Performing Spot Checks and Validation on production quality - Complaints/ Non-confirming incidents Investigation and records - Root cause analysis, breakdown, Corrections and validation - Trend analysis on production non-conforming to bring out risks/Alerts before Major Events occurs- Change management. Planning, Validation, Providing Improving suggestions and support. Thus, Created an element "process approach thinking" on validation planning for pin point Risks beforehand- Providing Training for front line Staff by utilising above information Other than production related QA events, i have also participated in below event- Pest management(BRC standard)- handling Declare document, enquiry- Review HACCP plans, perform Risk assessment on plant- Food Safety Culture Promotions - participate in Occupational Safety and health committee - Supplier Audit - QA Staff trainingThe most important element of myself is always enjoying my work.
