- Providing administrative support to people development initiatives to enhance the employees' capability in the Club. Logistical support includes key administrative duties throughout the learning cycle from course enrolment, liaison with trainers, attendance and record management, etc.- Supporting eLearning programme governance and partner with line departments for new eLearning launch. - Managing the process of external study support including application, reimbursement and enquiries.- Coordinating internal meeting & events.- Conducting analysis on various training data.- Engaging in other ad hoc L&D duties/projects assignments.

- Planning and executing membership recruitment, renewal and other membership services- Collaborating with project team in HKIHRM Annual Conference and HR Excellence Award- Liaising with various service providers and speakers in delivering seminars - Organizing members visit, university talks and mentorship programmes- Supporting the HKIHRM Secretariat administration work including routine meeting and Annual General Meeting (AGM) arrangements- Sourcing of vendors for Membership promotion materials and other souvenirs- Other ad-hoc projects assigned by management

- Monitoring progress and output of charities projects, including the Central Police Station Conservation and Revitalisation, Life Wide Learning Fund for EdB, P.A.T.H.S. project for youth development and support of the River of Wisdoms exhibition, etc.- Collaborating with publicity team in charities events, including HKJC Community Day Race Meeting and HKJC Scholarship events- Researching for new applications for the Trust’s fund from NGOs- Vetting financial documents from NGOs and process payment- Executing administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects

- Planning and executing promotion projects for public exams’ monitoring system- Developing the new systems to the schools by coordinating trial sessions- Marketing of the new systems in seminars to the principals, teachers and other exam administration staffs- Monitoring logistic flow of examination materials across divisions- Providing customer relation management support to stakeholders
