- Providing administrative support to people development initiatives to enhance the employees' capability in the Club. Logistical support includes key administrative duties throughout the learning cycle from course enrolment, liaison with trainers, attendance and record management, etc.- Supporting eLearning programme governance and partner with line.

- Monitoring progress and output of charities projects, including the Central Police Station Conservation and Revitalisation, Life Wide Learning Fund for EdB, P.A.T.H.S. project for youth development and support of the River of Wisdoms exhibition, etc.- Collaborating with publicity team in charities events, including HKJC Community Day Race Meeting and.

- Planning and executing promotion projects for public exams’ monitoring system- Developing the new systems to the schools by coordinating trial sessions- Marketing of the new systems in seminars to the principals, teachers and other exam administration staffs- Monitoring logistic flow of examination materials across divisions- Providing customer relation.
