Information Management Officer of the Sustainment Support Team at Forward Operating Base (FOB) Fenty, Afghanistan. Provide tier I help desk support for both NIPR and SIPR devices consisting of over 60 systems to include computer towers, laptops, DSN phones, KVM switches, and printers, by creating and assisting in resolving trouble tickets via remedy. Serving as an IMO tasks like E.O.L. (end of life) cycle replacements were rolled in to upgrade all systems hardware, as well as the need for basic trouble shooting knowledge, installation of network equipment to include the baselining and configuration of these devices onto classified and unclassified domains, as well taking up the role of FSR (field service representative) for multiple Special Systems in order to provide constant maintenance and support. Provide sustainment and logistics operations on FOB Fenty in dual support of Operation Freedom’s Sentinel and NATO’s Operation Resolute Support.

From 2017 to present day I serve as an Information technology specialist for the United States Army Reserve. At the battalion level I am in charge of providing IT support to various units comprised of hundreds of soldiers and various network equipment.
