Responsible to perform the day to day management and leadership of assigned project as assigned by Head of Production in support of delivering on time, on budget, and of the highest quality to the customer. Establishing key performance indicators for all departments and committing to continuous improvement against these metrics to drive in execution, accountability, and recognition.

Responsible for supervision over assigned group of Interior Installers for interior completions of high-end VIP aircraft. Ensure installers are properly conducting removals, installations, and/or fabrications of green completion aircraft interiors to include items such as trim, carpet, sound proofing, light structure, cabinetry, panels and other accessories interior aspects of aircraft completion projects are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with the allotted man hours based upon the contractual specifications and to the customer’s ultimate satisfaction.

Responsible for leading team to completion in the building, fitting, and fabrication of business jet interiors including complete removal, modification, and installation of various interior components and systems. Responsible for budgeting, scheduling, ordering relevant parts, and maintaining accurate logs of completed work for review and approval of Quality Control and Quality Assurance Inspectors. Assisted in development of part on/part off system currently being used and involved in presenting part on/part off system to the FAA for approval resulting in listing as a Designated Production Trainer.

Responsible for completing interior removal and installations for executive jets as well as repairing interior cabinets and panels and fabricating parts as needed. Utilization of in-house materials including wood, finishes, metals, fiberglass, leather, and fabric materials to complete tasks. Responsible for completing entry-level aircraft maintenance and inspections on Hawker and Beechcraft aircrafts. Working to maintain accurate logs of work completed for review and approval of Quality Control and Quality Assurance Inspectors.

Responsible for the building, fitting, and fabrication of VIP and utility helicopter interior components and cockpit areas with the use of manufacturing materials such as wood, finishes, metals, and fabrics. Maintenance of completed work logs for review and approval from Quality Control and Quality Assurance. Accomplished working in fast paced, goal oriented environment alongside team without compromising quality.

Responsible for the building, fitting, and fabrication of executive jet interiors, including the completion of manufacturing and installation of galleys, entertainment systems, interior bulkheads, window panels and shades, arm ledges, seats, lavatories, carpeting, headliners, baggage and cockpit areas. Manufacturing material use including wood, finishes, metals, carbon fiber, fiberglass, leather, and fabric materials. Maintenance of completed work logs for review and approval from Quality Control and Quality Assurance. Accomplished working in fast paced, goal oriented environment alongside team without compromising quality.
