Investigate damages and prepare Fact based Investigative reports to determine Liability, and then work to educate contractors on safe digging practices in the State of Georgia-Ensure State and Client Marking standards are complied with. Manage Payroll, Fleet, and Technician's Equipment. Audit Technician's compliance with OSHA, Client and STS safety procedures. Manage profitability and budget constraints.

Supervisor for all qualifying Large Projects in the NW District of Georgia-Staff of 24 technitions responsible for protecting multiple Communication-Power and Gas client's infrasture during excavation on Qualifying Large Projects.
