I gained my Class 2 HGV license at this time to allow me to drive the Hi-Ab lorries to complete these tasks.

Starting out as a Junior Operative I completed 4 years training including on job experience with block release to college to study the theory behind the water industry where I gained City and Guilds Water Industry Part 1 and Part 2.As a Junior Operative I was involved in various different departments including Network Maintenance and Repair where I was repairing and upgrading the Water Network, Network Inspection where I was involved in monitoring the Water Network and dealing with Customer Queries, GIS Drawing Office where I helped update the GIS Drawings as required and also in some Water Treatment which included monitoring SCADA systems, checking treated water storage points, taking samples and rectifying faults within the works.
