It is involved in product design stage, check design/pre-production sample to ensure that all the technical details required were understand and strictly followed, to avoiding any un-improvable quality or workmanship problem happened.Home Grown Project (2017/07 – 2019/12): Use American cotton after spinning, weaving, dyeing & sewing, finished products sold back to the U.S. market. The project aims to control all production processes, to ensure that the final product can pass DNA detection, to prove they are made by 100% American cotton. Factory Compliance (2018/09 – 2019/12): Handle Amazon and some other brand’s factory compliance issue. Conduct pre-assessment (both social compliance and C-TPAT) before formal audit, raise key NCs and help factory to resolve. Conduct Keeco technical audit when developing new factory for these brands. - According to the characteristics of the Chinese market and the actual situation of the company to develop appropriate product quality strategy, according to this strategy to develop a detailed SOP and continuous improvement in the implementation process.- Responsible for leading the quality management function and managing quality issues, such as testing, inspection, customs inspection, market supervision, customer complaints and attendance seminars.- Maintain good communication channels with CIQ, QTS, AIC, and the third party laboratories, keep abreast of all updates in the standard and make sure the understanding of standard is consistent with the prevailing view.- Provide professional advice and expertise to buyers and related suppliers;- Developed a complete logistic SOP, cooperate with them to complete custom clearance, CIQ inspection, Chinese label and re-labeling issues.Key products category: apparel, leather goods, home textile, cook & dining, bath tools, luggage & fragrance; Responsible for Chinese market.

- Perform technical and social audits of existing or new factories, help them to improve and compliance with company requirements;- Reviews testing reports and provide technical advise;- Maintain a good communication channel to European technology team, follow up standard updated and transferred to the corresponding level; - Analyze the product satisfaction survey results, follow up customer complaints and product recall, discuss the improvement plan with the European technical team and domestic suppliers, supervise the implementation;- Attend pre-production meeting, check the red/green seal sample and remind the quality and workmanship problems during the meeting;- Arrange inspection schedule of in-line/final inspection to key products/suppliers, review and approve inspection reports. - Control the entire process time node, timely detect potential bottlenecks or delays in order to achieve on time delivery.Key product category: Home textile;Responsible for UK and Europe market.
