As Director of Companion Diagnostics I managed two Project Leaders, I am the Program Lead for the VENTANA PDL1(SP263) assay and the VENTANA MMR Panel, which involves over 100 team members and yearly budget of $15M. My teams have successfully obtained regulatory approvals in US, EMA and Asia geographies. • FDA approval of MMR Panel for Pan-Tumor indication. This is the first ever CDx Pan-tumor tissue diagnostic approved. • Achieved regulatory approval to update PDL1(SP263) labeling to include additional CDx claims in EU, China, Japan and Australia • US PMA approval for HER2 IHC and ISH products to include additional CDx claims • Led digital training team to implement digital pathology training for clinical sites as standard practice, which reduced cost per project by $300,000. • Established and lead the CDx Resource Portfolio Management team. This team has create a transparent and flexible process for forecasting project resource demand, assessing impact to the portfolio and prioritization resulting in improved team resourcing and development efficiency • Created and implemented RTD’s production equivalent process that enabled faster distribution of IUO labeled kits reducing time to clinical patient screening by 2 months

As the Senior Project Manager in the Companion Diagnostics Lifecycle managed four Project Managers, lead teams to successful launches of one CE IVD Predictive and 1 Class I product and created new processes to manage project resourcing and product development • Lead a cross-functional team to create a streamlined process for developing IUO products which reduced time to clinical study start by 20% • Developed tool to track portfolio resource demand for and used it to appropriately staff projects Created a model that allowed the accurate prediction of future project resourcing for the Companion Diagnostic portfolio• Established key drivers for Project Manager resourcing allowing the generation of a predicative model which efficiently uses current FTEs to meet demand• Design a high level product development process training in skill soft that was used to train all Ventana employees

Managed 18 projects that successfully launched 15 Class I antibodies generating revenue of $3 million. Received FDA clearence for 2 Class II and 1 Class III products

Coordinated all custom synthesis projects and interfaced with customers to set scope and expectations
