I was born and raised in Asheboro, North Carolina. I attended NC State University and graduated in 2012 with a bachelors degree in communication. I have been at Cisco since May of 2013. The integral part of my job is assisting renewal managers from when a renewal is assigned until it books. We help determine the renewal scope, perform MACD's, and create valid quotes that are ordered and booked by partners & customers. I thoroughly enjoy my job because our team does the IB work for the RM while they focus on booking the renewal and maintaining relationships with partners & customers. As long as I am in a position where I can help someone succeed and make a difference on my team, my goals will be fulfilled. I strive to be a team player and a leader on my team by offering assistance and guidance when asked or needed. I try to learn something new everyday in order to grow as a person and a professional. I also strive to improve my interpersonal communication skills and leadership as they are vital to success. Wherever my career path takes me, I want to always focus on loving what I do and learning more in order to drive success on my team, increase productivity, and be able to give back by assisting others.
