Through strategic negotiation and meticulous financial control, I secured significant cost savings and consistently exceeded lease renewal targets, earning recognition as the Western Region's top performer.In my earlier role as Senior Lease Admin, I played a role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of billboard real estate leases across multiple markets, with a monthly rent payment responsibility ranging from $5 to 7 million.Beyond my professional endeavors, my love for the outdoors extends into my personal life.
