As a Consultant for The Columbus Organization, I developed assessment reports, data driven behavior support programs, token systems, and performance pay systems for individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties included: making data based decisions on the effectiveness of support plans and staff implementation, staff training, provided feedback on staff’s performance, wrote policy protocols, developed competency based tests on programs, wrote monthly reviews, interviewed and mentored new hire behavior analysts.

As a teaching fellow for the Department of Behavior Analysis at the University of North Texas, I delivered lectures on basic behavior analysis principles, coached teaching assistants in tutoring skills and delivered performance feedback. I developed inter-lecture class exercises, monitored student performance, and provided individualized student tutoring.
