My practice is centered upon asset purchases, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real property transactions, and entity formation. In addition, I negotiate Venture Capital and Angel investments in start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises, structure credit facilities and hybrid debt arrangements for medium-sized companies. In conjunction with these areas, I negotiate commercial leases, purchases/sales of commercial real estate, and negotiate commercial real estate development arrangements.I am admitted to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
