As a Regional Repair Officer at Naval Station Norfolk, I lead a team of technicians and engineers in providing maintenance and repair services for naval vessels and equipment across the Mid-Atlantic Region. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from UMGC, and I have been working in the naval repair field for over 25 years. I have acquired multiple skills in maintenance and repair, and mechanical engineering, and I have contributed to several significant projects, such as Chief of Naval Operations ship repair and maintenance availabilities for various classes of ships to include LPD, CVN, FFG and DDGs. I am passionate about ensuring the operational readiness and safety of the navy's assets, and I am always looking for ways to improve the efficiency and quality of the repair processes. I value teamwork, innovation, and excellence, and I strive to uphold the navy's mission and vision. I will be officially retiring from active duty service in February 2024 and am excited for the next chapter of my career.
