With over 29 years of work experience in quality assurance, environment, health, and safety (EHS), and inspection, I am a passionate and dedicated EHS Manager. In this role, I oversee and implement EHS policies and procedures, conduct audits and inspections, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Previously, I was the Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance at Minerva Dairy, where I managed the quality systems and programs, supervised the QA team, and improved the product quality and customer satisfaction. I have experience in manufacturing as an EHS Leader at American Axle Manufacturing (AAM) - Colfor. Where I brought the company up to ISO 14001 certification, revamped many OSHA programs/policies, and created a better safety culture in a union shop while lowering the injury rate. I also have a strong background in the aerospace and defense industry, having worked as a Program Inspection Manager, Production Manager, Technical Instructor, Avionics Section Chief, and F-16/F-35 Crew Chief at United States Air Force. I have multiple skills in quality assurance, EHS, inspection, and aeronautics, as well as a unique and diverse education in divinity, teaching, and aviation. I hold a Master of Divinity and a Bachelor of Science from Liberty University, a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and an Associate of technology and Ground Safety Course from College of the Air Force.
