Floor plans were developed from site surveys.

Managed multiple Remodels each year for Sears retail with budgets up to 10 million dollars.Responsible to create scope of work per Sears requirements, hire architects to create construction documents, bid the construction portion to General contractors, choose and contract the winning bidder, manage the process of executing the projects which include creating a phasing schedule to remodel the store while they still operated daily, manage meetings each week for progress and planning, present plans to senior management, work with customer on creating a clean environment for our shopping customer during construction and manage the budget to stay within budgets and time lines.
