I’m a people-first sales leader with a personal tie to the rare disease and ultra-orphan space. My specialty is giving biotechnology and therapeutics companies an edge by developing their most critical resource – their people. I balance accountability with autonomy to optimize sales, accelerate volume growth, and guide teams through the ups and downs of market changes.Because market changes are the only constant.And this is why my focus is coaching teams to navigate them with passion and purpose.My story starts with a premature birth and only a 50/50 chance of survival. Three in 10 children with a rare disease won’t live to see their fifth birthday and the average time to receive an accurate diagnosis is 4.8 years. I use this as my personal driver in my work, tirelessly pursuing education strategies to help physicians reduce the time to diagnosis and give patients better outcomes. I see my role as a Regional Sales Director as a trail guide for Zone Business Directors and CAMs. I clear their path so they can focus on their mission.
