I am a Team Lead, Global Finance Master Data Management at Johnson & Johnson, a leading global healthcare company. I graduated with a degree in Accountancy from the Technological Institute of the Philippines in 2013. My core competencies include financial analysis, master data management, SAP, and Concur.In my current role, I lead a team of analysts who are responsible for maintaining and updating the finance master data for the general ledger, cost center, profit center, statistical key figure, and exchange rate in SAP. I have contributed to the improvement of the data quality, accuracy, and integrity, as well as the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance master data processes and systems. I have also participated in multiple projects involving data migration, harmonization, and standardization across the regions and functions. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team that values innovation, learning, and excellence. I am motivated by the opportunity to leverage my skills and knowledge to support the company's mission of improving the health and well-being of people around the world. I believe I can bring a unique perspective and experience to the team, as I have worked in different roles and functions within the finance organization, such as account-to-report, invoice and payment, and bank interface.
