Provide project management support for commercial tenant improvement/build out and ground-up projects. Pre-construction tasks including bid requests/proposals, qualifying bids, estimating and project cost/budget creation, value engineering, buy-out and contract awarding. During construction, track and modify schedules providing weekly updates to project team, create and process change requests and purchase order/change orders, monitor and asses project costs and schedule, project budget maintenance/projections, RFIs, submittals, critical document control, project close out and field support.

Create bid packages, project document control (RFIs and submittals), maintain as-built drawings, facilitate weekly contractor meetings, scheduling, work with inspector daily to document inspections, worked directly with owner to ensure all needs were met.
