Daily Inventory Control for $800-900K Warehouse and Commercial/Retail locationo Reconcile daily back-order reports to ensure purchases are in route to customerso Analyze inventory reports to confirm proper stock levels o Inventory over value report reviewed monthly to safeguard company bottom line o Merge purchasing orders to ensure qualifications met for best pricing or specific vendor requirements Customer Service o Field customer calls and walk-ins to process orders, solve customer concerns, and track status of deliveries o Meet with commercial contractors as needed to discuss progress and materials needed for job completiono Organize Customer Appreciation Days and coordinate these dates with vendors, as neededTeam Managemento Review Daily Delivery Schedule and discuss the day’s activities to plan accordingly o Work with team members to ensure all customer orders are received within the time frame requested o Guarantee all special orders are tagged appropriately by team members o Inspect stocking is properly organized and completed Vendor Managemento Meet with manufacturers and/or representatives daily to facilitate orders and solves customer concernso Continue to build vendor relationships and foster partnership to best suit customer needs
