Supervised 11 field techs and 4 switch techs in day-to-day operations. Trained new technicians on the Motorola SC-614, SC-4812, EMX 5000, Nortel DMS, and Motorola CBSCs. Supervised the changeout of 159 Motorola SC-614 BTSs to SC-4812 BTSs in support of Sprint PCS’s 3G project. Supervised the changeout of the Motorola EMX5000 to a Nortel DMS 250. Interfaced.

Maintain a Nortel DMS 250 Supernode. Performed translations changes and troubleshooting in the Indiana and Michigan switches. Responsible for investigating customer complaints that could not be resolved by customer care such as dialing problems, translations problems, and equipment problems.
