Director for Army Capability Management Team for Recon/Attack (ACM-RA). Responsible for all requirements & integration activities for the entire AH-64D/E attack helicopter fleet in all components.

Leads, manages, resources and mentors over 110 military, 6 Army Civilians, and over 35 contractor personnel organized in six warfighting function cohorts and four brigade teams. Responsible for planning, synchronizing, and conducting multi-echelon, multi-component combined arms training exercises that incorporate Joint-Interagency-Intergovernmental-Multinational organizations in Unified Land Operations for Brigade Combat Teams, Functional and Multifunctional Brigades and Divisions. Supervises the preparations and delivery of after-action reviews with a particular focus and emphasis on Combat Aviation Brigades. Ensures lessons learned and tactics, techniques and procedures derived from warfighter exercises are distributed to the broader Army through outreach engagements. Serves as the senior aviator and trainer for all aviation brigade commanders, senior leaders and the brigade staff during mission command training and all warfighter exercises.

Battalion Commander for the Army's only Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) training battalion that trains IET, MOS-T, functional training, and sister services for 15W operators, 15E maintainers, and 150U warrant officers. Responsible for all MQ-1C Gray Eagle, RQ-7B Shadow version 1 and 2 UAS training. Provides supervision and guidance to a battalion of over 625 personnel consisting of soldiers, DA Civilians, and contractors. Oversees the management of 14 Programs of Instruction (POIs) and the throughput of over 1400 trainees, the maintenance and upkeep of 52 training facilities spread over 14 miles, and over $418 million in equipment. Coordinates and synchronizes efforts with the 1st Aviation Brigade, USAACE, HRC and TRADOC in order to anticipate future training requirements and account for requirements into resourcing systems.

Special Assistant on the Personal Staff of the Commanding General (CG), U.S. Army Forces Command. Advises the CG on strategic issues of interest to the command and the Army. Assists the CG in developing and implementing his strategic vision through collaboration with the command's senior staff, HQDA, combatant commands, and other services, as well as articulating his vision, priorities, and intent to diverse audiences. Conducts analysis of staff actions for command impact. Performs research and recommendations in support of CG initiatives. Develops presentations, executive engagements, and travel plans. Assists the CG with preparation for meetings and briefings for members of Congress and their staff, senior members of the Department of Defense, the Joint Staff, the Army Staff, international senior leaders, and executives of industry.

Senior Aviation Advisor for a twenty four aircraft, UH-60M Assault Battalion and the strategic modernization program between the US Army and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Responsible for providing advice and assistance on warfighting, training, and operational and tactical planning to senior Saudi military officers as the Saudi Arabian National Guard (SANG) builds fully modernized Aviation capability. Provides planning and execution advice during Phase I of a $15.7B, three phase, 15 year program to build three combat aviation brigades and one aviation support brigade. Responsible for assisting in the stand-up of a new Aviation Division within OPM-SANG which at endstate will have 42 officers and NCOs and 8 government civilians. Responsible for ensuring all aspects of doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) are synchronized as SANG builds an aviation force and integrates with other SANG units.

Squadron Operations Officer and Task FOrce Saber S3, serving as the principal staff officer for all matters concerning training, operations and plans, and force development in the Army's only Air Cavalry Squadron responsive to the 82nd Airborne Divisions not notice, worldwide deployment mission and in support of Operations Enduring Freedom. Supervises the command training program, assisting the commander in developing the Squadron's mission-essential task list (METL). Responsible for preparing, coordinating, authenticating, publishing, and distributing the command SOP, OPLANs, OPORDs, FRAGOs, and WARNOs by synchronizing tactical operations from all staff sections to ensure all necessary combat support requirements are provided.
