I plan and present a variety of technology based programs out of the Calgary Public Library, teaching our customers how to make the most of the Library's many electronic resources. Classes include Ebook Doctor, CyberSeniors, Cyber Connect, and Introduction to Social Media.In addition I am involved with the Calgary Public Library's annual "One Book One.

I do a weekly book review on the CBC Eyeopener in Calgary, on AM1010.

- Wrote all campaign literature, campaign website content, and blogs- Briefed candidate on major issues and aided in platform direction- Prepared answers for questionnaires, surveys and forums

- Developed new ordering patterns for purchasers to reduce product waste and spoilage- Created a produce quality tracking system to monitor product quality- Created a database to expose trends and weaknesses in produce receiving, storage and shipping process- Worked with the marketing team to use new procedures in increasing sales with existing customers.

- Customized new inventory and receiving procedures to ensure compatibility with new warehouse management system- Worked with IT department to make adjustments to system to ensure compatibility with the facility
