Critical leader working with multiple organizations of Enchanted rock as a system integrator from R&D to commissioning, and fleet operations. As the subject matter expert, I provide guidance, design feedback, system improvements, and issue resolution for our operating fleets from conception to end of life. With an ever growing fleet, it is also my responsibility to ensure compliance and change authority for system changes from physical hardware to controls operating software. I am proud of the work we do and the service we provide to communities during times of inclement weather or natural disasters through back up power generation and grid supplementation.

As Director of Commissioning and Control Center Operations, I am responsible for every Natural Gas and Diesel generator system from cradle to grave. Enchanted Rock’s microgrids start of with my Commissioning team where I train, mentor, and provide engineering support for system interconnection, initial testing, and certification for operation. Once my team is done with the commissioning process, it is then turned over to the Operations group where I continue to provide training, guidance, procedures, and engineering support for the planned and unplanned operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs that keep both fleets operating at peak performance. When issues arise, I provide critical self-assessments of both the equipment and the teams that operate and maintain the equipment. My assessments and recommendations often are the first step in the engineering process for feedback on new system designs, upgrades to current fleet, and procedural improvements to the technician and operating teams. As the director I also acts as the company representative when communicating with customers to evaluate, answer questions, and resolve issues that arise for ER and the customer. I am the expert on the design and operation of both DG and NG fleets and provide engineering support, teach understanding, and control programming for the commissioning, maintenance, operation, and sustained engineering teams within Enchanted Rock.
