Practiced in the Environmental Department gaining experience in all aspects of Environmental Law, including matters involving CERCLA, RCRA, OSHA, TSCA, CAA and CWA.

Practiced in the 50-attorney Environmental Department and worked on litigation, transactional and regulatory matters. Obtained detailed knowledge of the federal Safe Drinking Water Act and Illinois Pollution Control Board matters.

A newly formed position created to ensure that all tire related products to and from foreign companies complied with all applicable U.S. export laws. Prior to this position, these duties were performed by senior attorneys in Goodyear's legal department.
