I supervise daily NOC operations, provide both on-shift and on-call technical escalation support, assist with hiring and training, provide development feedback and conduct performance reviews for NOC staff, oversee monitoring and diagnosing of network issues, meet weekly with vendors, and maintain other responsibilities.
