Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for administrative / clerical and light industrial candidates.Source and vet candidates through a variety of methods including Meador Staffing's proprietary candidate database, networking events, employee referrals and references, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.Create dynamic and informative job postings to attract qualified candidates.Conduct thorough phone screens, in-person and digital interviews to identify top talent for both temporary and temp to hire positions.Partner closely with Front Office Coordinator to coordinate interviews, drug screen and orientations for candidates.Assist candidates with interview preparations as well as resume modifications and formatting as needed.Guide employed candidates through the resignation process and provide template letters of resignation.Provide clients with information regarding their contracts, negotiated mark-ups, and safety protocols regarding temporary employees.Attend site visits and safety walk-through at client facilities.
