• DDE of wellhead platform, involving water injection and gastlift facilities; with design changes for SIPROD operation • FEED of central processing platform + future compression and AGRU facilities • Preparation of process reports and philosophies: Design Basis, Startup and Shutdown Philosophy, Simulation and Dynamic Simulation Report, Vent and Blowdown Report, Process Control Report, Process & Utilities Line List • Calculations and Datasheets: Line Sizing, Closed Drain Vessel Sizing • Conducting preliminary FIV (based on EI/DEP requirements) and AIV (based on API 521 regarding SPL) screening • Checking, updating and preparation of drawings (P&ID, PFD, UFD, PED, PSFS) for designers to incorporate • Preparation of process drawings: Shutdown Hierarchy Diagram, SAFE Chart, Cause & Effect Matrix; in line with international standards and the project’s control and shutdown philosophy • Dynamic Simulation to determine if process safety time is adequate for SDV to close to protect from overpressure • Assisting PM to update MDR, issue TQs, and identify project bottlenecks
