Liaison between the MyCTO organization and between 60-95 application teams. Responsible for supporting these teams and reducing the time it takes to submit tasks inside and outside the Build Factory. The build factory are new projects initiated by the application teams and assigned SI’s. Role includes Project Manager for these projects for teams that could not assign one of their own. Typically worked on 25-35 active projects at a time.Worked on the rightsizing of VM’s with application teams. Many servers are oversized using up resources that could be used for new initiatives. Worked on Capacity surveys as well as helping with creation of a Dashboard that would notify Application owners/Teams of their status in the following areas, End of Life servers, Technology Factory initiates, Rightsizing data, Vulnerabilities, Server inventory, etc.

Worked in Pittsburgh PA at a large Financial Institution within the Technology Vulnerability Remediation Team scheduling the OS patching for all Enterprise Linux servers. • Worked with 2 of the 5 lines of businesses keeping groups aware of changes and discussing and resolving any issues with LOB’s. Conducted weekly meetings with each group. • Covered approximately 35% of the 21,000 Linux servers that need patching on a monthly or quarterly basis.• Duties also included working to streamline the Change Request system. • Worked also on incorporating the Windows servers into the scheduling tool so patch schedules could be broadcasted together with Linux servers. Worked on diagnosing shared servers. Tested new scheduling tools and made numerous suggestions to improve the system.

Coordinator and Provisioner within the Deployment Group. Which included ordering hardware, arranging for all hardware to be delivered and connected to the network by requesting change requests. Project range from 1 to 635 servers with a proven record for completing on time or ahead of schedule.
