• Responsible for strategic sourcing and contract development, negotiation and execution – IT services• Manage the procurement process from end to end for NDAs, Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work • Manage competitive “RF” process – request for proposal, request for price, request for information • Work cross functionally with internal customers to develop business requirements• Conduct vendor vetting process – financial and business criteria• Distribute RF to vendors and act as a single point of contact for communications with vendors • Analyze proposal results and participate in vendor rating and ranking• Assist in vendor selection – technical and commercial criteria • Contracting process – negotiate contract terms and conditions and cost• Identify, interpret and balance the legal and business risks of the acquisition • Execute contract and review important terms and conditions with internal customers and management• Manage the contract lifecycle – renewals, amendments, statements of work, change requests• Manage vendor relationship toward successful partnership• Supervise and delegate work to administrative employees that provide support
