I am currently the Chair of the Franchise and Distribution Law Advisory Commission for the State Bar of California. The Commission overseas the specialty certification for Lawyers in California to become Certified Specialists in Franchise and Distribution Law. It drafts and grades the specialty exam and reviews and approves applications and renewals for certification.
