Former Pixar animators (and founders) recruited me to be a teacher/mentor for the first ever online animation school. Mentored 15 students per quarter. Provided animation direction, and weekly Q&A sessions through video critique, and video lecture on a weekly basis.

Started as an unpaid Intern to eventually become Director of Studio Animation and reporting directly to the co-CEO/COO. Responsible for 200+ artists, supervisors, and managers in the studio, which consisted of all Art, Modeling, Rigging, Layout, and Animation at Reel FX. Over the course of 8.5 years served in additional roles including Layout Artist, Layout Supervisor, Animator, Animation Supervisor, and Animation Director at Reel FX. Responsibilities included creative animation direction, production supervision, resource management, bidding jobs, department building/management, recruiting, creative consulting for our internal propriety production management software, and oversight of all entertainment projects. Worked on projects for top studios including Walt Disney, Fox/Blue Sky, Dreamworks, Sony, Warner Bros, and Illumination/Universal Studios. Also worked on games such as Microsoft Bungie's Halo 2 and Transformers: The Game for PS2 for Hasbro.Animation Director for a series of Looney Tunes theatrical short films for Warner Bros. Nominated for Outstanding Achievement in an Animated Short for the 2010 Visual Effects Society (VES) Awards. Looney Tunes Coyote Falls - Wile E. & Roadrunner. Short was also nominated for an Annie Award and shortlisted for an Academy Award.Oversaw and Animation Directed the Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem Theme Park Ride at Universal Studios, which won a 2013 Annie Award for Best Animated Special Production.
