Responsibilities include:• Calculation and preparation of merchandise Vendor’s allowances, rebate programs including new store deductions, damage deductions, rebate deductions, and miscellaneous vendor charge backs• Preparing, reviewing and analyzing various month end journal entries, schedules and reports, including capitalization & account reconciliations related to vendor programs• Purchase and Quantity (P&Q), clearance reporting, Import Load analysis and forecasting, includingpreparing and inputting comments on MTD, QTD, and YTD variances to place in Hyperion financial statements• Reviews approved Master Vendor Contracts for appropriateness & completeness. Work with Merchandising Department to resolve any issues

Manage and oversee lease administration and transaction management of real estate portfolio currently consisting of 2,215 leases and subleases and directly support all Goodyear locations in West region.

Responsible for ~$160M in annual rental paid to Goodyear lessors and ~$46M billed to Goodyear tenants. Also responsible for Real Estate accounting adjustments and reconciliations, tax payments & settlements, Real Estate's intranet site, daily audits and uploads, and creation and perpetual maintenance of property records of 35+ countries.

Primarily responsible for tax payments of 2,200 leased locations and 400+ owned locations in U.S., Real Estate Department accounting adjustments and reconciliations as well as development and maintenance of the Real Estate Department’s intranet site.

Provided assistance in general ledger and year-end tax planning for multiple clients. Experience in individual and corporate tax return preparation via ProSystems and BNA tax software.
