While at Diamond Assets I was able to expand on my Apple ecosystem expertise. Managing a fleet of over 250devices, iOS and macOS, using Jamf as MDM. The rest of my responsibilities consisted of managing all servers andproduction machines on various major OS’s. Maintaining all the production and support software including licensingand onboarding. I also maintained access control, security monitoring, phone systems, and the local network. A fewmilestones: Complete replacement of the Windows Production Server and migration from a standalone ESXi to avSphere environment. Deployment of 2 40 unit MacBook Air production lines. Deployment of Atlassian Server Deskand Confluence collaboration environment including a customized service desk portal. A Microsoft Active Directorydomain name change. A complete migration plan with testing for G-Suite to Office 365. I also earned a JamfCertified Tech 200 certificate.

This role has two main functions, help desk and infrastructure. The help desk aspect is to provide front line and escalated support for the office staff and outside sales reps. This can range from basic software and hardware troubleshooting to MDM and remote office support. It also involves user account creation and security profile configuration. Executive and C-level support is not uncommon. The infrastructure aspect revolves around setup and maintenance of servers and LAN. Exchange, Hyper-v, Symantec, Active Directory, SysAid, MaaS360, and MS Office are just some of the tools used in this position.
