All five bands were done in parallel during an 18 month period with my primary responsibility being testplan creation for all bands, BR and module level testing, and RF subcircuit team oversight. Overall time saved by the team was 70+ months. Subcircuit teams included local and overseas engineers. Personal design responsibility included working with FGPA SW support to create a robust DC nullying solution over all conditions. Awarded a patent pursue for work with a colleague on this work.- Worked as an architect for RX and TX small signal design in the VHF, UHF R1, and UHF R2 bands. Responsible for the architecture creation, design and testplan requirement creation, BR level testing, factory interface for the factory in Reynosa Mexico, and RF subcircuit team oversight. Subcircuit teams included local and overseas Motorola engineers.- Designed a high spec VCO for the VHF band.
